Do you need functional and minimalist apartments for your suburban sims? This row house with three flats may be what you’re looking for.





Left apartment:
2839 a week, hall, kitchen, 2 bath rooms, living room, study, 2 bed rooms, balcony, front and back porch

Middle apartment:
3156 a week, kitchen, 2 bath rooms, living room, 3 bed rooms, balcony, front and back porch


Right apartment:
3137 a week, hall, kitchen, 2 bath rooms, living room, 2 bed rooms, balcony, front and back porch





Optional downloads & credits
You need to download the orange organic bricks created by Flabaliki from MTS2 for the foundation to show as in the pics. If you don't want to use CC, a base game option is London's Red Chimney Bricks, which isn’t quite perfect in the colour.

The extra trashcans are extracted Maxis trashcans, extracted by Oceanangel2you. To my best knowledge you won’t need to download this for the extra cans to show up.

Versions
The lot comes in two versions, one for base game and AL, and one for base game, AL and seasons. The only difference between the two is that the seasons version’s got a lightening conductor.

Compatibility
Because I’ve downloaded AL directly I can’t use AGS, but I’ve only used base game and AL objects.

Note
Use the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat in order to rent an apartment with all the furniture. Once the cheat has been activated, shift-click the door to rent the apartment with all its furnishings. Turn off the cheat by typing boolprop testingcheatsenabled false once you’ve used it.

I use some of HystericalParoxysm’s default replacement bedding, as can be seen in the pic. You don’t need these for the lot to work.

It turns out I'd uploaded a residential verion of the seasons lot. Am very embaressed and sorry about that. It's been changed now. Please redownload the seasons verions or rezone it by typing "changelotzoning apartmentbase" in the cheat window before you move anyone in. Thanks to khimmygnu for making me aware of this!
