When you need to pack in a lot of apartments in a small space, there's no better building than a classic brownstone. This apartment building has 9 units, most having one bedroom, with 2 having 2 bedrooms. Each unit has one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living space, save for the cheapest two apartments on the main floor which only have a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
