House of two apartments. Both of them have:
-1 kitchen
-1 livingroom
-1 foyer
-1 shed (can be converted into a sauna if you like).
-2 bathrooms
-2 bedrooms
-2 walkingclosets
-1 balcony
-1 guestroom/ hobbyroom (has big windows, so it can be a nice study for your architect sims).
- front and backyard.
Plus: Both have space for a driveway.
My favourite things in this house:
-vegetablegarden
-sandbox and swing
-gazebo
-corner for pianolessons
EP´s needed: None
SP´s neede: None
CC needed: One wooden wall made by me for the sheds. Included.
House made with: Basegamestarter by Numenor.
That´s about it. All the furnitures are basegame objects and the house itself is made with Basegamestarter. I know the prize is little hig. But remember this is a duplex house.
I have tested this home in my game for two simweeks. I would say the playability is really good. Only thing to note is that because the staircase is build using foundationtool the walls nex to stairs cut down little funny. Stairs work fine.
