This lot is set up as a block of 3 rowhouses. Although all three are furnished, I recommend playing only 1 house at a time, as it would be very hectic to try to play all three. For example, if you have an expansion that enables you to lock doors, lock everyone out of the two houses you are not playing. The houses are all one one lot just to give that crowded city feel. So, if you have three families and want to play all three houses, I'd recommend plunking down the lot three times and playing 1 family per lot.

Each house is furnished for a different type of family. The houses all feature sunlit basements, though the basements are quite small. The room layouts and furnishings are shown in the attached screenshots. Here is the ground floor, where your sims will be spending a lot of their time.
