Willow Bend Court

Part 5 of my Willow River project.

Willow Bend Court has 4 units, The right and left sides are mirror images. Each unit has three levels with living and dining on the ground floor. The two units in back have two bedrooms on the second level and the front units have one bedroom. Each unit has an unfurnished loft on the third floor for flex space such as a study, nursery or additional bedroom.

The main entry flows through a comfortable club room with games. The fireplace area is a great place to socialize and the coffee pot is always out.

Behind the club room is the center of the Court, a tropically landscaped pool and deck area with cabana and work-out pad.

Custom Content Required But Not Included

All the kitchens are furnished with buggybooz' Kitchen Basics set. You will need to download the set here , here , and here. I did not use any of her furniture.

All the living and dining furniture and some deco items are from 37Sims Hacienda sets. You can get them here and here . Be sure and get the updated sideboard

These two sets contain quite a few pieces. If you are on a CC budget, I have also uploaded an unfurnished version of the lot. It only contains the build items, the blinds and the three plants. It is still zoned residential so you can furnish it to your preference.

Marvine's Spiral Stairs require an animation file which I have included in both .rars. Please extract to your downloads folder.
