Cherry Trees Avenue offers 4 new luxurious apartments for your sims to rent.

I made this lot very carefully so our sims (adults and kids) can improve all their skills in it, find comfort and amusement and also easily increase their relationships with neighbours, friends and family "at home".

It is composed by :

2 apartments with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, balconies with easels, living rooms with TV, bookcases and studies; perfect for 3-4 sims.

2 smaller apartments with 1 room, 1 bathroom, a huge kitchen, living rooms with TV, bookcases, studies, violines; oerfect for 1-2 sims.

In the garden and the common parts of the lot, you will find :

Jacuzzi, darts, pinball, chess, kids game, a swimming pool, a telescope, a pic nic and coffee areas on the backward terrace which does not appear on the pics.

Driveways can easily be added at will on the left of the lot by removing the fountain area.

To Rent an Apartment Furnished :

Before you rent the apartment:

CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true.

Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.

SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.

Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
