This is an apartment lot of six brownstones... good for your sims that need some extra rooms and umm.. don't mind coughing up their precious cash each week for it!



Each unit has 3 floors, 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and a den with a secret room. The top floor is unfurnished in each unit, so it can be used for bedrooms, hobby rooms, evil scientist laboratories, and so much more...



The six units are decorated according to six different styles - Socialite, Art Noveau, Gentleman's Club, Morrocan, Mission, and Colonial.



Remember, you can rent the apartments furnished by typing the cheat boolprop testingcheatsenabled true in neighbourhood view, then entering the lot with your family and pressing Shift while clicking on the door. Then choose "Rent Furnished Apartment".

The custom content is only build mode objects, all furnishings are Maxis only. I wanted to keep the CC to a minimum but this lot just wouldn't be the same without the beautiful creations of phoenix_phaerie, macarossi, and beosboxboy.

Speaking of that (thanks Mods!), you will need to get a few things to have the lot appear as it does in the pictures.
