A set of modular stairs to go with the Maxis Pinegultcher Fence. The set, also, matches Numenor's "Fence-Arches and Fences". You can find them HERE

There are 5 color choices.

Installation: Place the text file named "1783_tb_Recolorable_PineGultcher_Stairs.txt" in your Scriptorium folder. If you don't have Scriptorium you can find it HERE.
Alternately you can copy the contents of my text file to, the end of, your modularstairs.txt located here (the drive containing your basegame):\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\Scripts If you aren't using Scriptorium I would, strongly, recommend you give it a try.

How to apply recolors to recolorable modular stairs - You will not find the different colours in the catalog
1) Choose the sytle of recolorable modular stairs you want (Chic, Euro, Pinegultcher, etc.) from the catalog
2) Place them on the lot. Add the railings if you like.
3) Select the Design Tool and click, in turn, on each step: now you can choose between the available recolours.
