This time is decided to make a small cottage house. There are two versions- one that is unfurnished (for those of you who like to decorate yourselves) and one that is completely furnished. The unfurnished house costs $22,419 and the furnished one costs $55,405. Oh yeah, there is no custom content this time :D

The house is intended for one or two sims. There is one bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen/dining area and living room. There is also a small romantic pond. I hope your sims enjoy it.
