Playing with my sims, I wanted to move them into a bigger house. They have about 50,000 simoleons right now, and it's quite plain if you look at my houses that they are not cheap! I've tried downloading cheaper moderns, but the houses I'm finding are either starters, or on really small lots with few bedrooms. Can't have that when your sim has two kids! The sims I'm playing right now are actually the last two sims I uploaded.

So, I wanted to make a more affordable modern. I mostly failed in that quest, but at least it's under 100,000 simoleons which I haven't done before. I think to make it cheaper for another time, I'd just have to make the house even smaller. Oh well, they will afford it eventually!

This little-ish home has three bedrooms, one of which is a nursery, and three bathrooms.

I have lots of room in the basement if you need more room as well. Sadly you can't place spiral stairs in the basement so I had to use the ITF elevator. I couldn't fit regular stairs in well. But anyway, you could still add more bedrooms, or an underground garden if you'd like. You just need to place them with moveobjects on. You can place walls down there just fine without using cheats.
