Manor house on a beach

When I saw this manor house by a lake was for sale in real life, I knew I had to build it for the sims. I've tried to be as true to the exterior as possible, the interior is almost all my imagination.





The front lawn isn't as big as in rl because the building area is rather small in beach lots but
the stairs at the back of the house look very much like in rl.



The third floor is not used for anything so if you like you can add stairs and have one extra room.
I even added a basement because I feel there really should be an opportunity to keep prisoners, or have a wine cellar.
