A light blue stucco building for the pleasure of your sims. Two bedrooms, nursery, two bathrooms, garage, greenhouse, jacuzzi, pond etc. There's an elevator to the small tower rooms.

No custom content or sims included in the download package.
Playtested.








You will notice that in some pictures, there is an oringy fence. That is not included in the download package. I accidentally used a recolour when I meant to use a Maxis colour.
