This home's uniqueness comes from it's shape: a 'T'! Most of the stem of the 'T' in this house is the stairs leading down to the basement, where you will find an indoor pool with shower, extra bedroom, study, and living area (the last three all combined). I built this at 120 Wright Way in Sunset Valley.

- Cost is $110,993 Furnished; $73,087 Unfurnished
- 2 Bedrooms (+ 1 extra in basement = 3 total)
- 2 Bathrooms
- Kitchen, Dining, and (somewhat) Formal Living Room (Downstairs family room with TV, and more activities)
- Underground Pool with shower

PLEASE READ: I've bought a good amount of items from TS3 Store, and I probably will use one or two objects in homes I upload, as not to waste money. I'm sorry if this would be an inconvience. Anything I use wouldn't make a dramatic difference without it, for those who don't have the same items I do. I hope you understand.
