This large, modern home is situated along the banks of a small pond in the backyard, perfect for fishing! This home has a white color scheme downstairs, with a pop of red and green. Upstairs, the study space is a combination of white and teal. The three bedrooms are all decorated differently, but each one has a PlasmaTron TV, mirror, dresser, and other items, if space allowed. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom, while the other two rooms share one bathroom. The garage does NOT include a car, to reduce the cost of the home (although if your sims could afford this, they can probablty afford the car too!) This home was originally located at 86 Landgraab Avenue in Sunset Valley. The home was not facing the street, but rather facing to the left, if you were to look at it from the street.
