This is the first home in my C-O-L-O-R Project. It is the RED part. If you would like to know more about this project, take a look at my journal. : )

- 1 Large Bedroom
- 1 Full Bath; 1 Half Bath = 2 total
- Small Office
- Crib and Toy Downstairs by Stairs (I wasn’t sure what to put in the space, so I just added these 2 things. Someone else could probably find a better use for the small space)
- Easel for creative sims
- Treadmill for athletic sims

Lot Values: $110,257 Furnished; $56,348 Unfurnished

PLEASE READ: I've bought a good amount of items from TS3 Store, and I probably will use one or two objects in homes I upload, as not to waste money. I'm sorry if this would be an inconvience. Anything I use wouldn't make a dramatic difference without it, for those who don't have the same items I do. I hope you understand.
