Located at Sunset Valley, “Residence Royale” is the summer residence of the Royal Family and was built by the first king of Sims, King Simson I.

The castle has an impressive number of rooms.

On the groundfloor:
A large entrence area, the royal office, a library, a Livingroom, a computer room, a dining room, the kitchen.

On the first floor:
4 bedrooms, 1 large staircase room, a large corridor, 2 small toiletrooms, 2 livingrooms and balconys.

On the second floor:
4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & balcony.

The garden features many symmetrical hedges of boxwood, flowers, a garden gazebo, a chess area, a playground, a pool with relaxing area and 3 terraces.
