Lots of room for a big family; the house has 4 bedrooms and an office next to a big hall closet which could easily be converted into another bedroom and bath. A couple of things to note about this house if you are interested in downloading: since the carport is sort of "underground" it could flood if you place this lot next to a lot with water on it. I tested and successfully placed it in two or three places with no flooding. The other thing is that I used constrainfloorelevation false to make the carport under the second floor. As a result, if you don't care for the floor tile or carpet upstairs, you could change it but it would be a hassle as you would have to build a wall under the floor in the carport and use the constrainfloorelevation false cheat. I tried to make the floors very neutral. The walls and furniture would be no problem to change, just the floors. The downstairs is easily redecorated. Hope you like the house. It's based on one I lived in long ago.
