So I made yet another one for your pleasure. This is a family home on a 3x3 lot. Three bedrooms and a nursery. The family room and skilling area is in the second floor. Because the stairs are behind a lockable door, you can prevent your guests from wandering in the house (that always annoys me, lol).

There is one desk close by the entrance so that kids coming from school can leave their homework there.

The rubbish bin is close by a side door to the kitchen so it doesn't take forever for your simmies to take the rubbish out.

I've managed to squeeze in a designer pool, garage with driveway, grilling area, basketball game, playground for kids and more. No sims and no cc included.



The mail box you can see is a default replacement made by Tolli of Simgedoehns. However, the last time I looked, it wasn't there anymore. Maybe you can find it elsewhere.
