White Villa on the Beach

Hi
This is a romantic beach lot villa with 3 - 4 spacious bedrooms and a lot of open living space for entertaining. The kitchen is small because I'm not a kitcheny person. Outside grilling area with a small refrigerator.

There's a swimming pool in the basement and sims seem to prefer it to the sea. Let's be honest, seawater is cold most time of the year.

I've used minimal cc: only some walls and floors I've made.
