Can the sims ever have enough Gyms? I suppose they can, but here is one more!



Charlie's Gym is a small town gym. There is just enough equipment for a small group of sims to take care of their fitness, and gossip while doing so.

The lot features a two story gym, with reception, coffee area, and bathrooms on the first floor - and gym area, with bathrooms and a pool on the second floor.

The gym has been built on my world in process, to match the other town buildings in style.
