Hello.

I haven't uploaded any lots lately, so I thought why not make a tiny one for practise.



Life in a Nutshell is indeed a tiny house for 1-2 sims. It has open kitchen-dining-livingroom, a little bathroom and a bedroom for 2. The house is fully decorated and furnished, so it's not a starter. It's cheap though, so you can easily earn a little money and move in.
