Finally I am proud to present you the next Cottage!



I have prolly never made one house this long, but I have good reasons too. Summer has come here in Finland, so I have spent a lot of time outside and therefore done only a little piece at a time. But the house is now done, and it's time to start thinking of the next one. (or are you already bored with the Cottages ?)

This house was built to a beach lot in Sunset valley, I suggest that if you like to play the town, put the lot to the place I marked on one of the pictures. Placed somewhere else than a beach would make it look funny cause of the palms.

Then to the house it self....

Sunny Beach Cottage is built on two floors.
It has small entrance hall, open kitchen-dining-livingroom, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a small hall on the second floor.
Outside there are a carport (hope it's the right word, if not - blame google translate ), few bikestands, a garden with freshly planted plants, a covered porch, a pool...

Lotsize is 30x30 and the price is 70700 furnished, 46332 unfurnished.
