This is the first house I built that didn't end up as a box with a roof. I have been playing with it for sometime now, as it was originally created to be a starter house. Most of the starter furniture/appliances are still there, but a few additions I made no longer qualifies it to be classified as a starter. Perhaps a small step up from starter.

It includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom. The exterior has some minor landscaping, side porch the length of the house, 1 parking space, a small pond, small garden, picnic table and grill.

It was built in Sunset Valley on a 20X30 lot: Price Furnished 25,579
and unfurnished 16,499. Though this probably won't matter since furnished puts it out of range of being offered as a starter.
