Ol Jed was the Town's Handyman for years, he was also a self proclaimed inventor. Many of his works are still lying around the house one place or another. The Town Council feeling they owed Jed some respect, sent a crew to his house to help clean it up in order for it to be sold. However, the crew only lasted a few days, complaining that Ol Jed was still around haunting the place. Neighbors had made several complaints about the hammering and banging noises late at night. So, as it stands, the house and yard are rundown, paint peeling off the walls, floor boards are missing, weeds grow everywhere, and scrap and junkpiles are strewn about.

If you're willing to clean it up and restore it to the beauty it once was, the City has decided they will drastically reduce the cost of the property.
