Another starter for your Medieval-simmies!
This lot is my second upload to the Medieval Challenge. I made it for all of you, who don't have all EP's and SP's.
Includes:
* 1 BR/Kitchen/Livingroom and 1 bathroom
* own pond for fishing
* all necessary furniture for starter home, except NO fire and burgular alarms nor a phone (as those didn't exist back then)
* No CC!
* and everything under 20K!
This lot was build in AnyGameStarter with Base game and BV installed, so you'll need them both to use this lot. Compatible with all other EP's and SP's. Tested in-game.
UPDATE: Added unfurnished version of the lot.
This house is also part of my personal 3x1-challenge.
