Are your teenage Sims on the move to the university, and in need of a place to stay and at the same time feel like they are at home?.Then Hillcrest Dormitory is the place for them to be.

The dorm is a 4 story 18 rooms dorm with private bathrooms.

The ground floor has the kitchen, dining and Library rooms on it.

The First floor has 7 rooms, the second floor 6 rooms. The third floor have 5 rooms, a bar and a fitness room.






There is also a games and music room at the front of the building. The music building is to the left while the games building is to the right.

The back side holds the swimming pool with a bar area, a grill center for the Sims and a basketball court.



The building has got beautiful garden all round with relaxation seats for Sims to relax and appreciate nature.
