This is a modern home with interesting floor plan, surrounded by beautiful Sims3 flowers and shrubs! The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, sunken living room and formal dining, eat-in kitchen opening onto family room, decks and balconies, vaulted ceilings. My test sim spent a lot of time gussying up in front of the many mirrors which gave him a sense of well being. Maybe you have a sim who would feel the same!
