Who's He?

Phillip is a young man with a good lot of ideas, Musical ideas, Architectural ideas, Artistic ideas, ideas to shake up the world and change pretty much everything.

At the moment, Phillip spends most of his time in the local Orchestra, playing his favourite instrument, the Cello. He is quite skilled, however, in the Violin, Piano, and Flute. Lately, he's decided to attempt the Guitar, for he just can't seem to pick up or even find any other instrument these days, so Guitar it is. Sometimes when he's free he likes to Take pictures and feels that he really has an eye for beauty in a lot of things - his peers however dislike this insinuation, think it's just "too modern".

When he actually settles down to work, he would find it a dream to work either as a full-time artist, musician and composer, or something along the lines of architecture. Apparently there are openings in a far-off part of town, but he can't unlock those dreams just yet.

Phillip was made without a Slider hack, But with extra sliders added.

I have no idea what happens if you install a sim made with extra sliders, and you don't have them. I expect if you have some sort of Core stabilizer mod which effects sims, then it should be fine.

In the pictures, he wears Sims Store Content, But he comes to you in Basegame Hair and Outfits for compatibility; Just think of him wearing his favourite jumper that Granny knitted, and after a haircut. If you don't have the Store Content, why not give him something similar in terms of Dress, and a nice Curly hairstyle?

The Installing

Download the file attached in the "Downloads" tab and find the ".sim" file after extracting the RAR. This is the file you need. Place that into the "SavedSims" folder, found at:
(My) Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3
[Or any alternative]
You will be able to find him in your Sim Bin in CAS next time you play!
