Ohho! I have almost broken the 1/2 a gig mark for the packaged lot with this one weighing in at 430 mbs original package! Of course that is not what I have uploaded here =)

To Install: Richly Deserved 4BR.sims2pack contains the lot file, floors, walls and terrain paints. Richly Deserved Objects.rar contains the recoloured objects I used in the home, as well as a door and a new mesh (male statue). The objects are divided into categories just in case some of you do your Downloads that way =) Just stick the objects into your Downloads folder.

To the lot - Richly Deserved is 3 story brick Victorian-ish home with a double driveway and a unique *sunken* backyard. The main bedroom and nursery reside on the top floor where the parents also have a getaway tv room and of course a private bathroom.

The second floor is for the older kids and features 2 larger rooms for teens, both with direct access to the bathroom and a smaller room for a younger child.

The ground floor has a spacious entry foyer, formal dining room, living room with bar , a water closet and a large homey kitchen with an open fireplace.

The yard, unique as it is below the level of the first floor, boasts a large swimming pool and a semi enclosed spa-area decorated lavishly with plantlife and statuary. Outdoor grill and furniture top it off and there is plenty of room to add play equipment.

If you wanted, you could dig out the foundation and build a rec room that opens onto the pool area =)
