I personally like having my Towns populated, especially with Singles since the game already does a good job with providing plenty of families. So to solve the dilemma of not having mildly affordable housing for single Sims to move into - and without resorting to building apartments - I came up with this:



This small wooden cabin called the More Than Cozy Beach Cabin was the perfect solution, especially on Town maps that have beaches (most if not all do). It fits on a small lot, provides for one Sim sufficiently, looks good and it even comes with its own Bicycle and Surfboard!!
