The little big Colonial is a small, but bright house, which has space for 4 Sims.


the floorplan of the house is based on nivaso´s Old Brickwood IV.Thanks for allowing me, nivaso. I´m not even able to put 2 bedrooms in a house that size.
Yes I did change the front, to make it look colonial.

There´s a basement, thats totally empty, exept for some lights on the ceiling. You can use it as gaming area, or hobby room. Or, when needed, 4th bedroom.

On the mainfloor:
Entrace
Livingroom
Diningroom
Kitchen w/ breakfast edge
1/2 bath.
Access to basement

On the 2nd floor:
Landing
Boy´s bedroom
Girl´s bedroom
Master bedroom w/ master bath.
Bath.



The house is built on a 20x20 lot and costs: §74.110 Furnished and §41.188 Unfurnished.
