- Fixed a bug that if you didn't have a skill point, the performance wasn't reset.

- Removed the code to reset work-performance for inactive households, as it was not needed and not even running.Now this mod does two things, checks for the skills for active households and removes the pay for the in-active households when they leave work, or get a retirement.
- Added the possibility to disable removing of payments.

1. open the package in S3PE

2. Open the xml using the notepad button

3. Change the removePayments from True to False

4. Save and exit.

23.02.2011: Edited the text and removed reference to resetting the performance for inactive families. EA code doesn't increment the performance in in-active families, so that part of the code is not really needed. I'll update this mod next weekend, remove the not needed code and add a possibility for the player to tune the mod when it comes to subtracting payments.

Are you sick of having your Sim gain work-performance even thou they have not met the required skills for the promotion? Are you also sick of having Sims earn money while you were not playing them? Well I was, so I made this mod.

This mod checks for two events, left work, and got paid.

When the leaving work even is triggered:
- If the household is active, check the skills. If the Sim is lacking skills, reset the work performance meter. The resetting of the work-performance meter only happens if the work performance is positive, if it's negative, nothing happens.

- If the household is not active, calculate how much they earned that day, and subtract that amount from the family fund. This is done so people don't keep gaining money while not playing them.

When the got paid event is triggered:
- check if the person who got paid is retired and getting his retirement, if yes, subtract the amount from their family fund. This is done so people don't gain money when not playing them.

Note 1: The work performance meter will climb while you are working. The skills checking and resetting of the meter doesn't happen until the Sim exits work.

Note 2: I have play-tested this mod in my own game and it's been working fine. Please inform if you find any bugs.

Note 3: I use Twallan's part time jobs in my game, and this mod works fine with them.

Conflict: This mod will/might conflict with mods that check for the same event triggering, or mods that modify/disable the events in question.
