With eternal thanks to the many creators here who make imagination possible (RGiles and Niol's transparent tiles, JRW's stairfix to name a few) I present an Sjader inspired Spanish style mansion with an elegant but casual ambiance for Sims who want plenty of space to pursue their most ardent goals. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with private bath, large kitchen with island, formal dining for 6, cozy living room with fireplace, large, airy foyer with grand piano, in deck pool (made possible by Niol) long driveway, natural landscaping (some shrubs may not be trimmable by Sims, sorry), cheerful study, and large deck and patio for outdoor activities. Long live your beloved Sims2 simmies!
