It has been a long time, but I hope that you enjoy my latest project. The Brandywine is a modest suburban home for a small family.
.

Expansions/Kits Required: Basegame, Ambitions, Late Night, and Outdoor Living.
Furnished 135, 060
Unfurnished 50, 548

My favorite part of the home is the garden and exterior. The exterior blend of wood and brick was inspired by homes often seen in the border areas of Delaware and Pennsylvania in the United States known as the Brandywine Valley.

I spent a lot of time designing the garden trying to make it as realistic and functional as possible. There is a small vegetable garden, swimming pool, and bbq area. The driveway can easily accommodate 1 vehicle, and 2 with moveobjects cheat placement of driveway either horizontally or vertically.

On the upper level of the house, you will find 3 bedrooms, currently decorated as a master bedroom, nursery, and young adult room. There are also 2 bathrooms on this level.

On the main floor, you will find an entranceway, dining area with fireplace, family room, and kitchen. There is access to the garden from the main room as well as the kitchen.

The basement features several rooms. A spare room in the basement is currently decorated as a guest room. There is also a game/bar room, study, laundry, and bathroom.
