Fully furnished, tastefully landscaped and beautifully decorated 3BR, 3Bath home. Features 2 faux fireplaces, Master suite with private bathroom and balcony, rear view balcony, study nook, spare bedroom, and nursery. Simple Layout.

This is a bit of an experiment on my part. I have never uploaded a house with CC before, so here goes. I went a bit wild, but I hope that you will agree that the CC I have chosen gives the house a really cozy feel.

Nevertheless, if you are wary of CC, this house will have all the basics needed for your Sim to get started (bedroom, bath, kitchen, living, dining) without the decorative CC.

Note:

The house was originally placed on lot 9 facing the beach in Sunset Valley and looks best next to a neighbor with fencing along the property line (as seen in photos). The original Frio house next door I just find too overwhelming, so I replaced that with one of my own.
I have play tested this lot and did not encounter any issues. Please let me know if you find any.
You will have to place your car in the garage with the moveobjects on cheat
