This is a really small and cute little starter. One story, with some room to expand at the back if needed (on a 2x2 lot). Possibly some room to expand at the sides depending upon requirements.
It costs 19,978 and is on a 2x2 lot, so a single sim moving in might be a bit strapped for cash, but this starter can fit a couple and (I think) couples come with a bit more money than a single sim. This little home comes fully furnished in comparison to its size.
