Well, I've been here close to a year now just lurking. I figured it was time to finally upload something.
So I present to you... Eden!


Features:
~ Studio
~ Breakfast bar / Grill area
~ Garden and pond (with fish)
~ Basement with treadmill, bar/snacks, TV, bathroom
~ Bamboo trees in middle of main room

Eden is a "green" home with a beautiful garden and gazebo. It also has a small veggie/fruit garden with apples, peppers, and tomatoes. As well as a pond, and a small grilling area.
The main feature of this home would be the bamboo trees and lavender growing in the main room, which light up at night.
This was really made with one sim and a dog/cat in mind. But you can easily fit up to 4 sims by changing around the basement.

It contains no CC.
You could probably play this without Pets and Fast Lane stuff but it's not recommended.



Tested for ~3 sim days. I didn't encounter any problems, but if you encounter any, please let me know and I'll do my best to fix them.
