Here's another I've been working on for a while. This home was inspired by Plan Number 59146. It doesn't look exactly the same, but that's where I got the idea. I'm so excited to upload this, because I finally figured out the CFE cheat.

This is a medium sized, country inspired, family home that's suited for any World. Lush country, busy city or even dusty desert, it'll fit in easily anywhere.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 master bath, and 1 shared bath with a pet house at back. The living/kitchen/dining areas are open, and there's a grilling area out back.
It has a 1 car garage with bike, and a car to go with the "nerd" bedroom.
It's built for 4 sims and 1 pet, but you can make room for up to 6 sims by replacing the smaller beds with bunk beds.

This requires University for a few items.
You can play this without most expansion packs, as most are just for decoration, but I would definitely recommend pets, generations, and university, as it just won't be the same without them.
Has been play tested and there should be no routing issues, but please let me know if you find anything wrong.

Lot size isn't 30x20, it's 30x25.
It costs 82,676 furnished or 41,284 unfurnished.
