Sorry I'm spamming the upload queue lately. I have so many lots saved from when the queue was down.



So Bluebell is a small, cute victorian style home, built for 2 sims. You could probably make room for another sim or 2, but it'll be a tight fit.
It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living/kitchen area, and a 1 car garage. It's very basic and lightly furnished/decorated, but I'm sure your sims will fix that once they come into some more money.
It's based on Plan number 95945.

This uses three items that don't come with base game - University (windows), Ambitions (door), and World Adventures (painting). You can absolutely use this lot without any of those EPs, it'll just appear slightly different but just barely, you may not even notice if you play with walls completely down.

It costs 14,655 furnished and 11,392 unfurnished. It would work well as a rental in University also, and I believe it would cost 146 to rent.
I'm sorry if the price is off. Every time I view the lot, it changes. But it's definitely under 16,500 so you can use it for a single sim if you choose.
