Just a tiny little studio cabin, made for 1-2 sims. I wanted something kind of "80s ish" but not too much.
I think this would look really cute in Twinbrook. ^^ There's room for expansion if you change the landscaping up.

The bed, living and kitchen area is combined. There's a tiny bathroom that leads out to the garden. The eating table is outside.
It is decorated, but not heavily.

Notes
Has been tested, but please let me know if you come across any routing problems.
This lot also requires University for a window and a few items. You can play without Late Night or University, if you want, as both are only used for a few items.
This lot is based on Plan number 890-2.

It costs 17,027 furnished and 10,042 unfurnished. It would cost 170 to rent at University.
