Hello Simmers!

This is my first upload, and I am VERY excited about it!!

I saw this house walking home from the park in my neighborhood the other day, and decided it would be a neat model for my first upload to MTS.



So I immediately went home and began building! It took me a couple days, but now I'm very proud to present:



I love living in southern California, and I wanted to present a bit of California realism to your game. Therefore, this house has no raised foundation (as it is common for homes around here to not have them) and is also all dry wall and stucco, due to earthquake preparedness codes.

This house has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. All the bedrooms are up stairs, and there is one bathroom down stairs. I included a few cars for your Sims, as well as a bike for the little ones. The back yard is equipped with a jungle gym, a slide, a water slide, and a nice porch with a sitting area. This house is dog and cat friendly, and includes NO custom content.. only CASTing done by me in game.



Houses in my neighborhood tend to cost about $400,000, but I didn't want to do that to your poor Simmies, so I tried to keep the cost as low as possible. Unfurnished, the house is $60.309, and fully furnished is $146,066, including the cars.
