Yes, I have been watching Weeds, and it gave me the idea for this upload!
The houses I made are inspired by California houses from the 1980's and 90's.

The set consists of three houses; two 1-story houses and one 2-story house.
They are all quite cheap, Model 1A and 1B are starter houses, and Model 2 is just a few grand more expensive. Here are some pictures with more information:





The lots are all 15x20, I did this so they can fit everywhere.

As you can see, Model 1 only has one bedroom, but it can easily fit a nursery. The rooms are quite large, so you can split them up to create more separate rooms. Recommended for 2 sims.

Model 2 has two floors and more space. Recommended for 4 sims, but you can always fit a couple more beds in the single bedrooms.
