Set alongside other stately properties, this is a large and spacious family home with entertainment areas inside and out. On the left side of the first floor is the kitchen with eating nook and the dining room. The right side of the house includes a large entertaining room with a buffet table, seating, and shuffleboard. The central room on the first floor is the large study. Check out the basement bar as well as the pool and nearby gazebo. There is ample space for backyard activities.

I started this lot over a year ago and honestly thought I'd never finish it, be it the size, or just a creative block (and not having enough time to work on it never helps). Somehow, I have finally finished it and am quite pleased with the result. It is fully playtested and runs fine.




There is no CC included in the download file. I used the window shutter on the front of the house. the FANTASTIC pyramid shrub from TheJim07's set of TS2 shrubs converted for TS3 and a Sims 3 conversion of the Sims 2 Boombox are also not included but were used. Much thanks to Tiro22222 over at TSR for creating that and TheJim07 for the shrubs. Find links to those below. They are fantastic additions.
