Hello fellow simmers! I'm finally back with my first upload since 2012. After a long school year I've finally found time to get back to creating, so today I present "The Avalon", an expansive estate with 5 or more bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a pool, a cabana, a pond, and a 4 car garage. On top of that, there is a huge basement which includes a home theatre, a home gym, a bar area, and a bowling alley. The house costs §385,047/§174,177 and is on a 64x64 lot.








This house requires the University Expansion Pack

This house can sleep upwards of 14 sims, plenty of room for guests!

There are a total of 6 parking spaces between the garages and driveway, with room for more if needed. The 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG and 2011 Land Rover Range Rover Sport by Fresh-Prince
are there for decoration & are not included in the lot or price.
