'5 Bedroom Colonial Style House' (TS3 Remake)

Recently, MTS member sarah*rose granted me permission to remake some of her lots from the Sims 2 to the Sims 3. I really loved this particular one and it has been my biggest project lately, trying to get the plans exact and decorating such an expansive house. It's finally done now! The house has 5 or more bedrooms (one being used as an office), 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. It's on a 40x40 lot and costs §212,293. There is a few items of CC used for decor only.

This house sleeps up to 8 sims if necessary, but it was made for 5/6 sims. The office, billiards room, or piano room can be used as other bedrooms.

There are 4 parking spots (3 in the driveway and 1 in the garage) and no cars included.
