Hello all! Sorry it's been a while since my last house, I'm really busy with school unfortunately. But over a long weekend I was able to make this house. It has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. I wanted to take the idea of having a color-themed house, but not being all the same color, so all of the rooms are based off of a different color. It's on a 20x30 lot and costs 67,810. Once again, there's no Custom Content!

The house can sleep up to 3 sims, but it can fit 4 if you replace the single bed with a bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is also space for a crib in the master bedroom. There is no vehicle in the parking space.
