For your desert neighborhood, here is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home surrounded by flowering shrubs and cactus, and a pool. Garage is for appearances only since this is a base game lot. The house is unfurnished except for kitchen counters and appliances and bathroom fixtures. Although AJ Loner appears in the kitchen screenshot, he never entered the lot I uploaded, only tested an identical model. Enjoy furnishing and decorating fellow simmers!
