Do your Sims need a new vacation spot with miles of flat, sandy beaches, hiking mountain, ocean views all around, and a small community feel? I present Isla Chica. The island development has started with a coastal road that circles the island, CCH, that is Chica Coast Highway. There are numerous areas for home building, and a convenient commercial area on one end of the island. It's always good to get in on the ground floor while land is cheap!
