This gracious old house has seen better days and perhaps will again if you care to flip it. The owner had rented it to a group of college boys but after some damage was inflicted has now decided to sell. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, large living, dining and kitchen, and storm cellar. If you dare to keep it for your university hood, just change the bedroom doors! Otherwise, a little paint, maybe a new floor, some railings, and lots of yard work should turn this house into the showcase it once was!
