No Skilling for Inactive Sims

No update needed for 1.63.133.1020 (Eco Lifestyle patch) !
This mod disables skilling for the inactive Sims so they no longer max all their skills while you're rotating through other families (by fishing in Newcrest or playing the guitar in San Myshuno for example). Now you can enjoy the failure animations again and progress in the skills when you play them. You can still raise skills with your played Sims just like before, the mod only change the behavior for the Sims you aren't actively playing.

Note that unplayed Sims may still gain skills if they are used as NPCs or for jobs at venues. So while it also disables skilling through activities and interactions for unplayed Sims, they may still have skills changing if the game needs a barista for example.

Technical details
This mod injects a new test in statistics.statistic_ops.DynamicSkillLootOp._get_change_amount to return 0 if the Sim is not selectable

Installation
Unzip it into your Mod folder and don't forget to enable script mods (Game Options > Other)
